This is Bouleyah Breads , a small, home-based bakery by westsider Sean Trimpe, located in Harrison OH.

Bouleyah strives to perfect quality sourdough recipes that are 100% organic (no commercial yeast used). It started as a way to feed my family healthy breads that are low FODMAP and easy to digest. This led to expirmenting with unique flavors using homegrown organic produce, edible flowers, spices, and teas.

Do what you love.

I love what I do and I love to fill my kitchen with the smell of freshly baked breads. The plan is to mill my own flours using local wheats grown in the Cincinnati area and woodfire the breads using an outdoor oven at my home in Harrison, OH. I want to be your neighboorhood baker like the good ole days!
